Got Questions About Your Health Screening?

We’re here to help!

  • Step 1: Tap Book Health Review on the 1doc app.
Step 2: Select the Clinic tab > Integrated Wellness Clinic Pte. Ltd.
Step 3: Choose Book a Teleconsult or Book a Visit under your preferred doctor and select your preferred time slot.

Your Appointment Card will appear on the app's home page, allowing you to cancel or reschedule as needed.

  • All paid packages include a free post-screening review with one of our doctors. For the basic complimentary screening, a consultation fee will apply if you need to consult our doctor.

  • Please avoid food for at least two hours before your health screening. Plain water is allowed. However, if your package includes an Ultrasound of the Liver or Abdomen, you will need to fast for 6 to 8 hours.

Additionally, please refrain from alcohol or fatty meals for 12 hours before the screening.

Note: Fasting was previously required for certain cholesterol and diabetes tests. However, recent recommendations from the Ministry of Health (MOH) in Singapore now reflect updated evidence regarding population-level screening.

Avoiding high-fat meals helps prevent elevated triglycerides, which can affect your LDL Cholesterol levels.

  • If you are on medication for high blood pressure or other prescribed drugs, please continue as usual. However, if you are diabetic and on a restricted diet, kindly omit your anti-diabetic medication for the morning.

  • If you are experiencing a fever or feeling dizzy, we recommend postponing your screening.

  • These packages include more detailed tests that can help screen for underlying medical conditions that may require a doctor’s intervention. The same amount of blood used for the Basic Test is sufficient for any upgraded packages. Our onsite screening uses the latest state-of-the-art technology typically found at specialist clinics, including Ultrasound Carotid and Bone Mass Density assessments.

  • It is advisable to wait five days after the last day of your menstrual cycle before performing a urine or stool test. We can arrange for you to come to the office to collect your sample if needed.

  • A Bone Mass Density test measures the amount of calcium and other minerals in your bones. This test helps your healthcare provider detect osteoporosis and assess your risk of bone fractures. The BMD test can be performed onsite.

  • The Carotid IMT Ultrasound Scan takes about five minutes and reveals information about your arterial thickness, arterial age, and the presence of soft or hard plaque, indicating your risk for heart attack and stroke. A trained health professional will gently move the ultrasound probe over each side of your neck to measure the thickness of your artery walls, specifically the intima and media sections, which are critical for assessing cardiovascular risk. This test can also be done onsite, and a cardiologist will interpret the results.

  • The screening will take approximately 30 to 45 minutes per person, not including any waiting time on the day of your appointment.

  • We accept payments via NETS, credit/debit cards, PayNow, or 1doc Wallet. You can pay through the app during booking or opt to pay on-site on the day of your screening.
