As a guide for diabetics, we recommend about ~2 servings of fresh fruits daily. This can be paired with a meal or as a snack with baked nuts/yogurt.
1 serving of fruit contains about 15g of sugar. Do adjust the timing based on feasibility and consideration of the food that you eat.
Example of 1 serving of fruit
2 Durian Seeds
1 Medium Apple
10-12 Grapes
1 slice Papaya
1/2 medium Mango
